Inspired by Western Gales innovative cover designs, we developed heavy-weather driver headcovers using a combination of X-Pac® material and a snappy neodymium magnet closure. X-Pac is a high-performance composite fabric that is known for its strength, durability, and water resistance, now repurposed into our limited drop of covers. Each is lined with gray fleece and incorporates unique aspects of the X-Pac material.

Handcrafted in San Francisco, each headcover results in a one-of-a-kind product compatible with most all blade-style putters.

X-Pac® is a brand of high-quality sailcloth manufactured by Dimension-Polyant in the USA. Unlike most materials, X-Pac is a laminate fabric that consists of three layers of polyester bonded together with an adhesive. This layered structure gives X-Pac specific benefits, such as water resistance, structure, strength, and texture. The patented X-PLY® pattern also reinforces the fabric at a 22-degree angle, providing stability when used as a pack fabric.

X-Pac RX30 is Dimension-Polyant's first PFC-Free, 0-Chain DWR Fabric, and it's made using 100% post-consumer filament from recycled PET bottles collected from the east coast of the United States. The backing fabric is a thin film of polyester, the middle layer is Dimension Polyant's X-Ply® material made with post-consumer recycled polyester, and the face is a 300 denier 100% recycled polyester. It also features a C0 durable water repellant finish.

The RX line is certified 100% climate neutral. Dimension-Polyant partners with Climate Partner to offset the impact of its fabric production by investing in wind turbine programs around the world, which helps reduce the need for diesel fuel consumption.
